Three Plays Worth Paying For

Preview: We scanned the entire MLB, WNBA, and soccer board and narrowed today's card to three wagers that met our criteria. Several games were passed because the price wasn't there. As always, we're betting numbers—not teams.

⚾ Milwaukee Brewers Team Total Over 4.5 (Even)

Why we like it:
Milwaukee gets a favorable matchup against Bubba Chandler, who has battled inconsistency throughout the season. The Brewers have the offensive profile to generate traffic early, and we only need five runs—not a margin of victory. At even money, we believe the value is still on the over.

Official Play: 1 Unit

⚾ Michael Lorenzen Over 3.5 Earned Runs Allowed (-115)

Why we like it:
Lorenzen enters with an ERA above six and now faces a dangerous Tampa Bay lineup in one of baseball's best offensive environments. Between the matchup, the ballpark, and his recent form, we like Tampa's chances of getting to him early. This prop gives us a cleaner angle than relying on a full-game team total.

Official Play: 1 Unit

🏀 Las Vegas Aces vs. Atlanta Dream Under 184.5

Why we like it:
The total has come down during the day, but we still believe this projects as a slower, more defensive game than the market expects. Atlanta has defended well during its recent stretch, and we expect possessions to be at a premium.
