This NFC West showdown features an undefeated 49ers team against the defending Super Bowl champions.
San Francisco has been outstanding offensively, with Brock Purdy playing efficient football and limiting mistakes.
But Seattle's defense presents a difficult challenge.
The Seahawks have been among the NFL's best at limiting total yards and passing production. Their physicality, defensive pressure, and ability to close passing lanes could make sustained drives difficult for San Francisco.
The 49ers are also dealing with injuries that could affect offensive execution and their ability to match Seattle's physicality.
We see a realistic path to a game in which the defensive intensity limits sustained scoring opportunities.
The risk: Both quarterbacks have offensive weapons capable of producing explosive plays, and Seattle has scored 30 or more in three straight games. A fast start or short-field turnovers could threaten this total.
Nevertheless, at 46.5, we're willing to back the defenses in this divisional matchup.

An unbeaten challenger visits the defending champions. Seattle's defensive strength meets a highly efficient San Francisco offense. Injuries, protection, and turnovers could decide this divisional showdown.
